We pride ourselves on providing OEM products to a variety of places, such as beauty parlors, drugstores, hotels, ryokans, mail order and network membership sales companies.

We calculate the minimum order lot by the capacity of stock and the quantity of containers ordered. For more information please feel free to contact us using the contact form.

In general, once the design of the ingredients and prescription has been finalized, products can be delivered in around 2-3 months. However, for products that require application procedures, for example for quasi-drugs, there are cases where half a year or more is needed.

In response to requests from our clients we have purchased then researched and developed a variety of ingredients from manufacturers both at home and abroad.

We principally have business relations with company only.

For each category of cosmetics and quasi-drugs the assumption is that ingredients will be used that have been approved for use, but we also manufacture products using ingredients and water that have been supplied by our customers.

At our firm, after confirming compatibility with the contents and the manufacture and filling equipment, we will make a determination as to whether it is possible to use or not.

We can take order for liquid and creamy products, waxes, gels, sprays and mousse products.

Cosmetics and quasi-drugs are defined under the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, as follows:

Cosmetics

"Products which have a mild effect on the human body that are intended to be used as ointments, sprays or others bearing a resemblance to this for the purpose of cleansing the human body, beautifying, increasing appeal, changing appearance or keeping the skin or hair healthy. (However, this does not include products that fall under the medical and quasi-drug categories.)"

Quasi-drugs

"Products that have a mild effect on the human body and are non-machinery as prescribed under the Pharmaceuticals Affairs Law. In addition, this includes products that have been designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as products that are equivalent to these."
(Chapter 1 Article 2 Paragraph 2)

Products that are designated under the Pharmaceuticals Affairs Law:
・Products for the prevention of halitosis and body odor
・Hair restorers and products for the removal of unwanted hair
・Insecticides, rodenticides etc. (for the health preservation of humans and animals).

Products that have been designated as equivalents by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare:
・Cotton sanitary papers
・Products for dealing with menstruation
・Drugs that have been altered from medical supplies to quasi-drugs (digestive agents, stomach medicines, ointments and vitamins)
・Hair dye products
・Permanent wave products
・Products that in addition to their intended use of cosmetics will also be used for the purpose of the prevention of acne, skin problems, rashes, chilblains or for the purpose of disinfection of the skin or mouth (= cosmeceutical products)
・Bathing agents
・Soft contact lenses
